The City Council of the City of Cibolo has elected to hold a tax rate election for the City of Cibolo’s 2024 tax rate. The 2024 Guadalupe County tax statements will be posted to the Tax Assessor-Collector payment website and mailed as soon as possible after the November 5th election.

The Seguin Independent School District has elected to hold a tax rate election for the District’s 2024 tax rate. The 2024 Guadalupe County tax statements will be posted to the Tax Assessor-Collector payment website and mailed as soon as possible after the November 5th election.

The City of Marion will set a tax rate for the 2024 tax year after the Nov. 5th elections and after the city council members have been canvassed. The tax rate will be set at .4380 per Texas Tax Code Sec. 26.05(c)(b) for the 2024 tax year after the council ratifies the rate. The generation of tax bills for the City of Marion will depend on the timing of the tax rate ratification and may result in a separate tax bill for the city only.

The 2023 tax statements are available online. If your account is inactive or unavailable online, you will receive a yellow supplemental statement after the account is uploaded to the website. The supplemental bill will have an adjusted due date for payment. The supplemented bill will take the place of an original statement.
