Veteran Services Office

Guadalupe County is now able to provide services to veterans in our adjacent counties in addition to Guadalupe County veterans. We are able to do so due to the opening of our new Veterans Outreach Center (VOC) located in Seguin, while keeping our existing Veterans Services Office open in Schertz. We encourage any and all veterans to request our newsletter and access our calendar for more information.

Our staff, with a combined 40 years of active duty service, offers three Veteran Service Officers who are accredited through Texas Veterans Commission. At both locations, we are eager to assist veterans, families and dependents with accessing VA benefits including disability, surviving spouse, and dependent claims, burial benefits and more. Additionally, we provide guidance and referrals for employment, education, healthcare and numerous other services. We also coordinate van transportation to VA appointments in San Antonio and New Braunfels. Keep reading for the list of additional services that are now available at the new VOC!
