Effective July 28th, 2016, Commissioner's Court has determined that due to local conditions, a burn ban has been lifted for Guadalupe County.

Notice: County Courthouse Renovation To Begin
The public will begin to see the start of the remodel/renovation of the Guadalupe County Courthouse; there may be road closures on Donegan for the staging of equipment and materials.
The county apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause the citizens, but we look forward to a newly remodeled courthouse expected completion date in the Summer of 2016.
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2015
E-Filing is mandatory for attorneys filing in the District Courts, County Court and County Courts at Law of Guadalupe County in all non-juvenile civil cases, including family and probate cases, pursuant to Texas Supreme Court Administrative Order No. 13-9092, dated June 24, 2013. These courts will no longer be able to accept printed/paper case filings from attorneys in these case categories as of the effective date. Guadalupe County does not accept American Express for e-filing payments.
