  • Notice of Receipt of Application and Intent to Obtain water quality permit

    Gram Vikas Partners, Inc. has applied to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for proposed Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (TPDES) Permit No. WQ0015732001 (EPA I.D. No. TX0138819) to authorize the discharge of treated wastewater at a volume not to exceed a daily average flow of 300,000 gallons per day. The domestic wastewater treatment facility will be located southwest of the intersection of State Highway 123 and Farm-to-Market Road 758, in Guadalupe County, Texas 78155.

  • City of San Marcos Application to Amend

    The City of San Marcos has filed an application with the Public Utility Commission of Texas to amend its sewer Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) No. 20116 for the provision of retail sewer utility service in Hays, Guadalupe, Comal, and Caldwell Counties. Paperwork Guadalupe County received is attached.

    The total requested area includes approximately 35,579 acres and 1007 current customers. See attached map showing the requested area.
