Kris Klein, Auditor

Our Mission

The County Auditor, appointed by the State District Judges every two years, is one aspect of the County's checks and balances system, since it is neither created by nor under the hierarchical control of the Commissioners.

The mission of the Guadalupe County Auditor is to provide quality, cost effective fiscal service to the citizens of Guadalupe County. In a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect, this office will perform the budgeting, financial, purchasing, and auditing functions to improve the operations and fiscal health of the county. The members of the financial team will hold to the highest standards of integrity, carrying out their duties in an honest and forthright manner.
