The Guadalupe County Commissioner's Court is proposing to pass an ordinance designating the boundaries of an area within Guadalupe County, Texas wherein the disposal of municipal or industrial waste will be allowed. A "Takings Impact Assessment" was approved by the Court on March 19, 2013 wherein the Court found that there would not be a "taking" of private real property should the ordinance be approved. See a copy of the Takings Impact Assessment.

A Public Hearing and Action Item to pass/reject said ordinance will be held at the Commissioner's Court meeting beginning at 10:00AM on Tuesday, May 7, 2013.
The Guadalupe County Commissioners' Court is soliciting applications for a four (4) year bank depository contract to commence June 1, 2013 as established in Chapter 116 and 117 of the Local Government Code.
