  • Notice of Boundary Change

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A BOUNDARY CHANGE IN GUADALUPE COUNTY ELECTION PRECINCTS 303, 304 AND 404. Pursuant to an order by the Guadalupe County Commissioners Court on April 25, 2017, the boundary change for voting precinct 303 will create a voting precinct 307 by splitting voting precinct 303 along Dietz Road; the east side of the boundary shall be voting precinct 307.The boundary change for voting precinct 304 will create a new voting precinct 308 by splitting the current 304 at Savannah Drive, except for the block between Davenport and Inglewood Roads, the west side of the new boundary shall be precinct 308.The boundary change for voting precinct 404 will create a new voting precinct 411 by splitting voting precinct 404 at FM 1103, the west side of the new boundary shall be precinct 411. In accordance with the Texas Election Code, Chapter 42, these changes will become effective January 1, 2018. Maps are available for viewing at the Elections Office, 215 S.   • Volunteer Requirements

    If you are interested in becoming a Volunteer Deputy Voter Registrar, you must attend training. Classes will be held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month beginning at 3 p.m. at the Seguin Elections Office. Please call 830-303-6363 to register to attend.

  • Voter ID Requirements

    Texas voters must show acceptable photo identification at the polling location before being accepted for voting, please refer to the link below for voter ID requirements.
