  • NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF APPLICATION AND INTENT TO OBTAIN AIR PERMIT. PROPOSED AIR QUALITY PERMIT NUMBER 156559

    APPLICATION CSP of Texas, LLC has applied to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for: Issuance of Permit 156559. This application would authorize construction of a Molded Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Parts Plant at the Continental Structures Plastics Seguin Facility located at 2050 8th Street, Seguin, Guadalupe County, Texas 78155. The facility will emit the following contaminants: carbon monoxide, hazardous air pollutants, nitrogen oxides, organic compounds, particulate matter including particulate matter with diameters of 10 microns or less and 2.5 microns or less and sulfur dioxide.

  • Combined Notice of Receipt of Application and Preliminary Decision for Water Quality Land Application Permit for Municipal Wastewater renewal, Permit No. WQ0014619001

    Texas Department of Transportation, 150 E. Riverside Dr., Austin, TX 78704, has applied to TCEQ for a renewal of Permit No. WQ0014619001, which authorizes the disposal of treated domestic wastewater at a daily average flow volume not to exceed 8,288 gallons per day via subsurface low pressure application on absorption fields with a total area of 103,600 square feet at the west-bound domestic wastewater treatment facility and disposal area (west-bound site) and the disposal of treated domestic wastewater at a daily average flow volume not to exceed 6,272 gallons per day via subsurface low pressure application on absorption fields with a total area of 78,400 square feet at the east-bound domestic wastewater treatment facility and disposal area (east-bound site). This permit will not authorize a discharge of pollutants into water in the state. TCEQ received this application on December 17, 2018.

    Texas Department of Transportation, 150 East Riverside Drive, Austin, Texas 78704, has applied to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to renew Texas Land Application Permit (TLAP) No. WQ0014619001 to authorize the disposal of treated wastewater at a volume not to exceed a daily average flow of 8,288 gallons per day via subsurface low pressure application on the westbound site and the disposal of treated wastewater at a volume not to exceed a daily average flow of 6,272 gallons per day via subsurface low pressure application on the eastbound site.
